So what are your thoughts on Ray Allen, Kevin Garnett, and Paul Pierce playing on the same team?

that is NASTY

they are instantly a title contender... top 3...

ON PAPER.. it seems they have perhaps the best lineup in the eastern conference. Time will tell if that is the case.

They aren't deep enough to win a title IMO. They have a big 3 and that's it. They can definitely win the east, perhaps the favorites to do so along with Chicago.

They need a dependable point guard and maybe a couple of strong bench players who can contribute right away. Overplaying the big three can only invite injuries.

but having that big of a presence makes it so much easier on everyone else. Kevin Garnett will be like a porn star because he will be double-teamed almost every night. That will free up wide open jumpers for people.

Ray Allen is also coming off double ankle surgery...it's not unreasonable to think there's a possibility he won't be his old self.

If the Celtics get a better bench then they could actually win the championship in about two or three years. 'Cause their bench sucks right now.

Pierce can run the point, he's basically a prototype point-forward.

So a month has passed since the season started. They are looking much better than expected.

Best defense by far is especially surprising.

They are a powerful force to be reckon with in the NBA. I think they will go far if they work together as a team.

The celtics with allen, garnett and pierce is a tough big three. They have all the things that a good team need stingy defense and good offense.
