Grüß dich, Innocent Sweetie. Wie geht es Ihnen und wie geht es deine urlaub?
You're in Munich, right? I'll be there in about a month and a half. Have one of those giant pretzels they sell by the fountain in front of Alte Peter Kirche. They are an entire meal in themselves.

I looooooooooooooooove Chai tea. I like it made as a regular tea drink or with milk as a base as well. I hate the taste of milk so chai tea is a good way to ensure I drink more milk.
Do you buy Chai tea bags? I currently have two different types of Chai tea bags on hand. I'm too lazy to concoct my own.
One has darjeeling tea with spices (cinnamon, cardamon, ginger, star anise and cloves).
The other has black tea leaves with (cinnamon bark, ginger root, black pepper, cardamom seed, cloves and star anise).
I make it like regular tea by steeping for five minutes and then just add sugar or you can do the milk thing. Put tea bag in a saucepan with 2/3 cup of milk and 1/3 cup of water. Bring it to a boil, (watch carefully or milk will burn) reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove bag and sweeten to taste.

I get Celestial Seasonings tea bags, but they are getting tough to find around here:mad:
What I do is steep a tea bag then add some sugar and half and half(no milk, lactose intolerant) then I just keep the tea bag in my cup,it keeps steeping and adding more flavor to the tea:thumbs:

Well good luck then with the hard to find. :( that sucks.
Lactose intolerant, yup...me too... all this talk about dairy and how good it is for you. The stuff is poison. I drink Lactulose, or Lacteese, it has the milk sugar removed. Also now that I am getting... ahem...older the intolerance has lessened.

Consumer alert!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Half and Half is one half whole milk and one half heavy cream. If you are truely lactose intolerant Half and Half is worse than regular milk.

Yeah, Frogger's right. It's worse because of the milk sugar level. It's also bad because it is high fat. My girlfriend was okay with it too and then it turned out she has another allergy not to lactose but to something else. Maybe better get tested... :(

Well if you are lactose intolerant, the good thing is you are supposed to cut back radically for a few years and then slowly introduce it again little by little. Cheese and yogurt are not usually a problem....
I can pretty much have what I want now...well.. most of the time, sort of. :D

yougurt never did bother me. Which I found strange. Some cheeses do,but not enough to cut them out completely. Milk, ice cream, and alot of stuff made with milk just makes my stomach hurt like crazy,so I avoid those.
