FORT WALTON BEACH, Fla. — Spitting can be dangerous.

That's what a Pensacola man learned. He's in critical condition after falling out of a vehicle while trying to spit.

The Florida Highway Patrol said Miguel Rogelio opened the door of the car he was traveling in while it was moving at about 45 miles per hour.

The 37 year old fell out of the car and onto the roadway, hitting his head.

That's why I only do it when my car is stopped every other time has ended in spit on the side of the car or worse on the inside door. GD

Spitting here in Hong Kong is not allowed. Once you're caught, you will be fine. It's our law.

I think it is the same in Singapore. In fact I think chewing gum is forbidden there because they are afraid people might spit it out in the street.

Oh it's against the law here as well, at least in my city. But, meh.
