We could have monitored shipping throughout the world including Venezuela, China, Pakistan, India and Saudi Arabia.

Most of us were certainly against the deal, but what a missed opportunity.

I am more concerned with Cargo coming in rather than whats going out of somewhere else. What is to stop two ships from meeting mid ocean and transferring cargo AFTER the outgoing inspection. We still need to inspect ALL incoming cargo.

It was one of our ports in California which was going to be run by a company called "Dubai Ports".
I guess a domestic company still runs it.
