You have to define your terms better.
Let's start with "complete zero". Do you mean nothing? i.e the absence of anything.
If so , we have the problem of creating something, the universe, from absolutely nothing.
Or, do you mean something that is infinitely small surrounded by nothing?
Or, do you mean an absolute vacuum which can be defined as something, that is constrained by nothing.
I'm not sure of your initial conditions.

i mean :"we have the problem of creating something, the universe, from absolutely nothing".
i mean m=0 e=0 v=0 t=0 -only potential energy.
a real start/
i know the big bang theory and the initial condition-is not go with my idea-but i start my idea with other open point .

From Wikipedia:
"In physics, the word nothing is not used in any technical sense. A region of space is called a vacuum if it does not contain any matter. But it can contain physical fields. In fact, it is practically impossible to construct a region of space which contains no matter or fields, since gravity cannot be blocked and all objects at a non-zero temperature radiate electromagnetically. However, supposing such a region existed, it would still not be "nothing", since it has properties and a measurable existence as part of the quantum-mechanical vacuum."
It would seem that the answer to your question is no.

Charly,
You posit some intriguing arguments, though I wonder if this thread wouldn't be more at home in the 'Advertise Your Site' forum, or perhaps the 'Religion and Philosophy' forum.
I see that you have provided some convenient links by which interested parties may send you some money. I tend to believe that you would improve your cash flow if you would offer up a concrete hypothesis, post a brief paper with a credible abstract, and provide a reasonable test plan with foundations in science and physics.
Good luck with this, at any rate.

PS I have friends in Haifa. Please tell Eliav and Robert I said hi, if you ever bump into them.

may send you some money
ok -dont send any money -what so ever-the mean issue is not money-this is the idea.
i am speaking about time: before the universe has any size-not vaccum even/
vaccum is a sign of area(that can contain somethink)-this is like cell that was formating process.
i speaking a bout the real zero point-before the universe began and has noting even not volume.
