Kind of bad timing for your wit. A young girl was paralized this week from injuries suffered at a youth soccer game. So yes indeed the sport is dangerous.

By the way, the soccer-related injuries WERE on the field??? Or in the stands??? Soccer houligans have made somethin' of a name fer themselves... I wouldn't be THAT surprised if Ghenghis Khan's Golden Horde wuz composed entirely of soccer fans... :)
