I thought that this stunt of Sherry's was especially funny because it showed how stupid people are they kept running for nothing!!!
Actually, it just shows that the motel was conscientious about giving their customers a safe, clean environment to be in while away from home.
Had they knocked on my door to check out the situation, I would have been impressed with their "stupidity" which is actually their "good work ethic". Had there been an actual problem their response time was amazing.
The other thing about "running for nothing" ....for me personally, when my boss changed his mind four times and wanted the same task done in a different manner, instead of whining and bitching and getting all uptight thinking he was wasting my time I decided he was paying me for 8 hours and I was there for 8 hours... His dime. It didn't matter what I "thought" I should be doing, his company, his time. So really james, the joke was on you ;) cause you're wasting your precious "off time" while they get paid to work.
