I have Ubuntu on my old Dell computer. Problem being that it's downstairs in the basement and it's impractical to lug up the entire computer system just to tinker with Linux.
My new computer has two hard drives. I'd like to install linux on the second hard drive. I KNOW that Linux can operate just fine on a secondary hard drive. However, I'd like to keep half of that second hard drive space for Windows. I know you can partition the primary drive and have a dual boot system. My question is, can Ubuntu Linux be partitioned on a secondary hard drive?
Dammit.
