Seems like somtheing absolutely new for russo-american relations. If that variant will be accepted by Bush, that would be real parntership, not just beautiful words. Not bad finish for both Bush and Putin, i guess. In fact Putin's offer was a total surprise for me. I couldn't even imagine that the joint use of russian radar is possible.
What are your thoughts?

this will be good. we need to try and maintain a good relationship with the Russians and not let it slip back into cold war era paranoia and distrust. They are to strong and influential in that part of the world to allow them to become a "rogue state".

Of course i want good relations with others, esp. with superpower. And it makes me happy when this wish is mutual.

Haha, superpower. Is it like in Sience Fiction? You may read a novel written by Anne McCaffrey, such as "Dragonriders of Pern."
Maybe it'll be favorite on you.

WTF are you talking about with 'rogue state' ???
Russia is a major player in the nuclear world and there is nothing we (U.S.) can do to alter that fact.
Treat Russia like an equal and maybe we'll make some progress in this arena.
