View Full Version : Hostility on the Boards

I received the following PM today from one of our members. I quote it here with the author's permission.
Vile,
While I don't post often, I read the posts almost every day. I read for months before I decided to join allforums, because I really liked the give and take.
Now, I am seriously considering finding another forum. The quality of posts have gone down lately.
Not only do I find Warrior's posts distasteful, but some of the posters who have been here a while are posting extremely distasteful responses to Warrior. Both Rendova and Frogger have sunk to her level. Smartmouthwoman is almost as bad.
Is there anything that can be done about this?
I have to agree with the authors assessment of the overall quality of the posting here recently. Before anyone gets indignant about being "singled out" here, that's not my point.
In another thread on this topic, some points were made by some of our regular members.
It takes two to tango
In any argument, including those that turn hostile, there's at least two participants. There's always you, and the guy that's wrong. If only one of you is hostile, make it the guy that's wrong.
I know AllForums isn't a democracy, but what's a forum without its members?
IMO this community we call Allforums isn't just its members, but also the sum of their interactions. If we choose to be hostile and antagonistic to one another, Allfoums will come to reflect that. If that's not the kind of place you might like, then don't be that kind of person.
It's easy to fire back at someone you believe has posted something unflattering about you, but a response in kind only makes a bad situation worse.
Is there anything that can be done about this?
Sure, but it's not a problem that can be solved by the mods. In the end, it's the posters here who have the power to decide what kind of forum this will be.

When posts become solely about trashing someone's character and go beyond adding "flavor" and "spice" to the forum, the line has been crossed.
Members are allowed to report rude and harassment like posts. Clearly we have a standard of decency at Allforums, which is that those type of posts are not acceptable. So the big question is, why do we allow them? And in my opinion, any post that has no content except to personally attack another poster should be automatically deleted and the poster should be notified through a PM to calm down and if they continue to post harassment/rude posts they should be banned for a short amount of time. And if they do it again when they are un-banned they should be banned forever. 3 chances.

As long as I remember this forum has had a lot of hostility. The decline here is because of the type. Issues cross boards, something will be injected into a thread that is completely unrelated and comes from an issue that happened many threads ago. This board is now full of trolling and spamming. The last time spam was this bad was with with Shaman. We don't need less hostility, we just need better hostility.

I agree. The problem is that it is allowed to persist. From the beginning of the controversy - I stated that something had to be done with Poster Enemy #1 or the morale of this forum would go down with them.
We have now gotten past the point of low morale and are now somewhere in contempt towards one another over what should be done.
I understand the mod's posistion on this...but there comes a time when passiveness is not the best option.

I agree with this completely. There has always been hostility. In my opinion it's just been more intelligent hostility in the past. And there are more and more grudges being held now. I understand when you don't agree with someone and the two people have a little colorful banter going but to constantly troll a person for some remark(s) they made in the distant past during a discussion on a different issue is completely different.
I really don't think that the level of crudeness to which we've resorted is necessary.

Anyway, I agree that there's always been hostility, but it's usually contained to a few threads (like the official bush bashing thread and such), but now it's crossed into all of the boards. No one is safe!

Well I admit to posting less and less in the last 3 months. There has been a change in the character of the place. I agree the level with which disagreements are handled has declined, to the point that when I do post something, I begin to second guess what I've just typed will offend and who it will offend.
Still though, I've thought similiar ideas about society as a whole. When I was in high school or even college. I would get into nasty fights from time to time. Still it was not that uncommon for the two of us to bury the hatchet and actually become if not friends, friendly aquaintences.
Now it seems like boys, girls, men, and women don't just want to fight. They want to destroy, to kill, maim and eat the flesh of the vanquished. So perhaps the problem here is reflective of society as a whole.
I still believe in this place, and had just recently decided I wasn't going to leave. I may never set a record for posts, but I will be more present than I have.

A good guideline is to attack the IDEA, or the thesis of a particular point of view, not the person. It's two totally different things.
It can be hard at times when you have two different people with two very different views of the world and the argument gets heated. And it can be hard to walk away. I've had to make that decision recently. I've said to myself, I've said what I needed to say and this argument is decending into name calling, it's time to walk away, dammit.

I think that bad behavior on forums is like bad behavior when driving. Some people feel safe in their anonymous vehicles, like they feel safe in their anonymous forum identities. In situations at work, with acquaintances, coworkers, etc. or in general conversation they would never behave that way.
My hypothesis is, hostile forum members would score poorly on the test below?

My only true concern over all this is that our two mods will ge tired of constantly having to referee stuff that adults should be capable of resolving themselves and that they will walk. Both Vile and Borg have been more than patient with this crap. I am frankly shocked that this just keeps going and going.

I was kind of getting to the point several months ago where I thought the forum had kind of run its course and was considering giving up. That lasted about eight hours - I just can't stay away. Still, the quality has definitely gone down. We have a few posters who are incredibly sensitive and think everything is an insult (or worse, they pretend to be insulted - I can't tell). We have a few posters that insist on turning every thread, no matter how unrelated, into a political rant. And then some people have a need to start 40 threads, all on the same topic. For those of us with limited time to spend on the internet, it's frustrating to wade through 8 threads about Rosie.
As for the idea of it taking "two to tango" - I don't totally buy that. There's a certain level of snarkiness on this board, and I'm certainly not pure in that regard. Like it or not, it exists, and if someone can't handle it, perhaps they'd be happier somewhere else. Although obviously not, because neither of the people I'm thinking of have shown any inclination towards leaving. Anyway, I enjoy the snarkiness and I don't want to see it go away. Out and out cruelty, on the other hand, shouldn't be tolerated, and as far as I know, it isn't.
Frankly, what bugs me the most is the whining. Ok, the whining and the overuse of the phrase "pot calling the kettle black." And the whining extends beyond the usual suspects to posters who are smart enough and old enough to know better. It just gets very old very fast.
As much as prefer the libertarian self-governing sort of outlook, a decent totalitarian housecleaning might do some good here. Honestly, I don't think Shaman was any worse than some of the current problem children.
Finally, I'd like to call out Dop - in a good way. I have no idea why he thinks what he does, but Dop takes vast amounts of crap from people (and rightly so!) and manages to keep a pretty even keel.

One observation I've made:
Hostilities usually aren't caused at first by direct personal attacks. Rather, they start when things that are personal to people are attacked, eg. one's religion, gender, race, etc. I know that there have been a few times when I got pissed off by things that were said about the military and my race. Things like that may be perfectly legitimate topics of discussion, but conflict arises when they are discussed in a manner that is insulting to others instead of in the spirit of debate.

everyone should remember that EVERYONE is entitled to have his/her own opinion. doesn't mean their opinion is valid or legitimate, but it's true all the same. some people just weren't raised with a lick of sense, therefore their opinions reflect just that. no matter how much we want to rip their menial brains from their pathetic bodies, we've got to grin and bear it (and tell them just how stupid they truly are).

Why? What difference does it make which poster sent me that PM? The point of the post was that the current level of hostility on the boards is having a negative effect even on those not participating in the hostilities, and it was meant to point out that it's not all the result of one poster. I'm sorry if you, or anyone else, were offended by being named in the PM Frogger, that was not my intent.

I've honestly tried to stay out of some of the arguments, but there are times when people make themselves such easy targets and beg for the "negative attention". I've seen hostility on many of the threads before warrior ever showed up. I know I'm not a veteran of this forum, but I've truly enjoyed getting to know most of the people here, whether I interacted with them or not. There are a lot of intelligent folks here and a lot of great personalities, to boot. I've learned quite a bit just from reading posts, more than anything.
I have witnessed the back-biting, even bitten back a few times when I felt personally attacked. It's not my nature to fight, but like I said, some people (naming no names here) make themselves easy targets. Warrior has stated that she likes conflict and so that's what she feeds off of. It's rather sad to me, but she's a grown woman who makes the decision to be mean and hateful and do everything in her power to stir up as much shit as she can.
I'd like to stay around. I'd like to keep learning and debating and being entertained by the many personalities here.

We all have things we need to cool down once and awhile. This is a forum and emotions and opinions get heated. Some are just more volatile then others and have a way of infecting a forum and sucking the life out of it.
But ignore or just plan don't give a damn always works well.

You would think that you could be open and honest about things. You know be who you really are and not put on some facade. I spent 4 years in Germany and they always complained that Americans were so fake and superficial. I always swore that I would never be like that but it seems I have no choice.
I went to cafemom and tried to be myself. I expressed that I am a wiccan and defended the wiccan faith and other minority faiths. I told of my post traumatic stress disorder and defended the poor and the homeless and people on welfare and when the debates began I was told things like "didn't take your meds today" or "Skitzo" or "welfare whore" and even though these were against cafemom terms of service not one person got banned for it. Ah but say something racist(which I did not) but they got banned. I was called a "devil worshipper" "satanist" and other things. The discrimination was terrible.
You cannot be honest about who you are in this country and I think it really sad. I would face the same discrimination in public and could even get protestor and stones thrown through my window for my beliefs and they say America does not tolerate discrimination. Right.
I turned in several complaints but no one listened they said that the group owners are in charge. The group owners where part of the problem. They were letting it go on.
I use to blame people who were superficial and fake but I do not now. I see they play it to survive. To keep thier jobs.. to keep from getting thier life sabatoged at every turn.
There is great injustice in this country and I am not going to go away and I am not going to be silenced!

Only in the minds of the most ardent and naive politically correct adherents is it a belief that one may go through life without ever being offended by anyone or anything. Even worse is when they demonstrate the belief that by complaining, life as they know it will change.

Sad, because maybe as Larry pointed out in real life you might actually be a decent person but here you are not that way.
This is a forum and people get heated, but you get nasty and refuse to take any criticism.

yes and no one seems to listen to Vile that it takes two to tango and that some people do not know the eddiquite of the boards. I have been on many boards and people never complained about spelling so much or amount of posts or anything really retarded like that.
I am a bitch to people who are bitches to me it is very simple yet even though the person who complained to Vile said that other people where provoking me no one seems to bring them to light just me.
So excuse me when I am being criticize but none of the other offenders are being singled out which again people did not listen and vile specifially said not to single out anyone.
So I am not the only person with listening skill problems and maybe I would take more time to listen if people had legitimate complaints and who the criticzim is coming from Sparky2 is not a non bias person.

We're doing introductions here?
Oh what the hell. My name is Josiah Macy Erickson III, but I go by Mace. I'm 22. I ran track for 8 years, I love to be active. I love playing with kids and animals - especially ones that are big enough to wrestle with. I love to wrestle too, especially with cute girls :) I'm going to Berkeley this Fall and I plan to become a real estate developer or go into importing.

Warrior, I'm going to be blunt here - don't take it as an insult, it is not intended as such. I (along with many others) lose respect for those people who start pointless drama and definitely gain respect for those who can keep their cool and respond politely when they are attacked. Recently there has been a lot of drama here. There have been cases where you started it, as well as those where others have. Keep in mind that if you start unnecessary drama, people will get agitated in response - if you keep a level head and respond to insults in a civil manner, then people will gain respect for you and will treat you with the respect you deserve.
If you wonder why I'm addressing you rather than the rest of those people involved, it's because nearly every thread where we have this sort of drama, it's been centered around you. Take it as you will.

Goddamn, woman.
You make yourself less significant each and every time you open your mouth.
You will never meet a more even-tempered, measured, and fair person than myself.
And I say that with all due modesty.
What I posted to you?
I offered that with love and compassion.
And your response?
You offered with knee-jerk, angry, ill-advised animosity and vitriol.
(And by the way, you killed the last molecule of your credibility by not using some sort of Spell-Check.)
This is your last chance with me, sister.
Stop for just a second.
Consider cooling your jets before responding.
Consider spell-checking your next response.
My question to you is this:
What will you offer the homeless during your apprenticeship at the shelter?
Anger and stupidity?
Or mature, carefully-measured advice and compassion?
(I've worked with two local homeless shelters, and built wheelchair ramps for many, many low-income handicapped ALS patients, so there is some measure of gravitas to my rant, sister.)
How's it gonna be, Warrior1972?

Or blind rage and poorly-articulated blatherings?

I'm Dennis. I'm soon to be 56. Married three times, one son, now age 25. Degrees in Clinical Psychology and Counseling. Retired from 20 years U.S. Army in 1988 and another 15+ in the civilian world. Now enjoy harassing my 3 housecats at every opportunity, and spending time on this infernal machine. No grandchildren and not looking for any. I'm a gregarious, outgoing and have quite the sense of humor. I enjoy an easy rapport with any given group or individual face to face, regardless of what may have been read here. I am at ease speaking or playing music in front of any number of people.
I've really not read any of Warrior's posts. When I see anyone making new threads out of virtually every headline that's available on essentially any news service, I tend to stay away. It's better that way. If Warrior decides to post things that are more unique than the "daily bread", perhaps I'll take some notice.

Hmmm introductions eh? Well I suppose I'll join in... So as not to be seen as an anonymous wimp! :D
My name is Scarlett. I'm 17 years old. I live in a little town in Maryland with my parents and my 5 year old sister. I go to school at Montgomery Community College. I have a boyfriend named Mike who goes to my school. Currently unemployed, although my parents have been pointedly eying the job applications at practically every fast food restaurant we step into. I spend a lot of time with my gadgets (laptop, cell phone, iPod). I love to do crosswords, sudokus, and jigsaw puzzles. My favorite TV shows are Jeopardy and Law & Order.
I don't spend a lot of time on the "social scene" lately, mostly I'm at home with my parents or at my boyfriend's house spending time with his parents and his younger sister. Sometimes I go to the movies or out to eat with one or more of the aforementioned people, or to watch Mike play Dungeons & Dragons with his friends at the comic book store.
So I just realized that my life is not very exciting and the me of a year ago would laugh and call me boring. But I don't care. I like my life right now, except for the vast amounts of homework the professors give during the condensed summer session classes...

Wow - they sold two Bajas and you're both on this board? What are the chances! :)

Oh, what the hell. I'm Sharon. I live in Ontario Canada. I have two cats I rescued when they were 7 and two Beta fish one of which was also a rescue. We are looking at acquiring a Havanese puppy.
I am single although I have been in a relationship with the same man for 9 years. That is a record for me. I attribute the longevity of the relationship to his gentleness of spirit and ability to keep me in my place as well as to the fact that we do not live together. That usually screws things up for me. I need a lot of space but am emotionally high maintenance.
I am semi retired and work 3 days a week usually. I am a district manager for a family owned women's retail chain. I love my work. I love a challenge and anything which stretches me to the max for short periods of time.
I love my wine and hiking. Any kind of animal. Spiders freak me out as do heights.

I'm probably the oldest poster in Allforums at age 64. I spent more than three decades as an educator both in the classroom and as an administrator. I enjoy retirement much more than I ever thought I would or have a right to. I winter on the ocean in Southern Florida and spend the rest of the year on Long Island. My wife and I have four children and seven grand children.
We finally have no more pets. True freedom is when the last kid gets married and the dog dies. We like to travel and you can't do that if you have a pet depending on you for care.

I mean you say things like this
"What will you offer the homeless during your apprenticeship at the shelter?

I refuse to use spell check because you demand it. I refuse to respect you because you try to shove down my throat that I have to somehow gain your favor. I do not need your favor or your vote. I could give a rats ass what you think of me.
I will not be angry at people who are the underdog. Homeless people are far from arrogant such as yourself and therefore will not get a response from me as you get in response to your arrogants.
Don't try to pull my ego strings with crap like this
"How's it gonna be, Warrior1972?

it is the social worker and pyschologist that will be working directly with the homeless. I will have different priorities and fuctions.
Take this in consideration my friend I am a mirror and if I am being hostile or rude to you it is because there is a reason for it. I may as well follow suit and give an introduction. My name is Rishi, I'm 24, single, and currently live (by no choice of my own) in Fort Hood, TX. I was born and brought up in central New Jersey, went to Johns Hopkins University for three years, got sick of it, figured out what I wanted to do in life and joined the Army about two years ago. I'm still doing college part time and should have my bachelors degree soon, though my education will be interrupted for some time starting later this year. As of now, I plan to stay in the military but will make a final decision on that sometime within the next year.
Oh, and I hate long walks on the beach. Walking in sand reminds too much of Basic Training.

My name is Jonathan (or JT) and I'm 18, single and live in Lake Oswego, Oregon. I've lived here my entire life and I have a big social life, travel a lot and get decent grades. I'm going to Oregon State University this fall and my parents are paying for it. I'll be getting a job this summer and a part-time job while down at Oregon State. I'm excited about the future but also a little scared. So wish me luck! :)
Basically I usually spend my days laughing all day at school, talking crap about people, going out with my friends on the weekends, obsessing about certain individuals in the entertainment industry, arguing about politics, sitting in the sun and hanging out online.

Warrior, why are you so adamant about not using spell check?
because people are so obsessed over it. maybe if someone asked me nicely without being sarcastic, arrogantly or doing it just to point out my flaws because they are pissed about what I stand for I would be happy to do it but people harass me and try to bully me into changing how I do things so I refuse to do it.
The more leashes you try to put on me the more I fight.
The more people try to break me the more I stand my ground and the more I will do what ever it takes to do the exact opposite than what you want.
Some people here have figured me out and you know what ... I will tell you a little secret..."I listen to them." You may not see it because you are too busy warrior bashing to notice.
The smart ones have figured me out.
The less wise keep bashing thier heads against the wall.
I guess I am like a chinese finger puzzle. They more force you put on me the tighter my grip. The less force you put on me the more I lessen my grip and at a point let go all together.
negative reinforcement does not work to well on me. I see it only as a control mechinism and will do the unwanted behavior again and again to show I will not be controlled with negative reinforcement. Now positive reinforment is a different matter.
For example when I tried to post a tech subject in the science forum and wasn't sure it belonged there. Seden made a statement "thanks for making an effort" That really made me want to try harder to please others. Someone acknowleged that I was making an effort. So the next time I tried much harder to put topics in the correct catogory.
So many times I have done stuff here that people accuse me of doing it maliciously or just out of disrespect. Stealing bandwidth which I had no concept about I was accused of doing it just to be discourtious. Spelling people have accused me of purposely mispelling things just to annoy people. I am honestly just a very bad speller. Making too many new threads I was accused of trying to bump other people down on purpose. That had nothing to do with it. I had mulitiple topics I wanted to talk about I wasn't trying to bury anyones stuff. I am just very passionate about the news and very exuberant and eager.
I did not know about these "unwritten rules" and how was I suppose too.
Look I am sorry I do not have that much tact but not many people here do. If I said things that hurt your feelings all you have to do is say Warrior I know what you are trying to say but that really hurt my feelings because you generalized this about christians or whatever that I may say that is offensive. If you explain to me in a non judgemental way that what I am doing is upsetting and that it is hurting someone I am more than willing to stop. My goal is not to hurt people. My goal is to tell the truth as I know it. Teach me a better way to say it if you really want to help because I honestly don't know sometimes. I was never taught tact and bashing me up side the head to try to knock sense into because I was suppose to "know better" will only get a fight with me.

Forgive me, but I've now got this image of you in my head;
I can't help but see you marching in this really large formation of soldiers on a big parade field. The crowd in the bleachers is festively attired and waving flags. The marching band thumps by the reviewing stand, and is blaring a wonderful, brassy song that has the little kids in the crowd crowing with glee. It’s a beautiful day, and the entire community is here to enjoy the parade.
The first two company formations march by with crisp precision, in perfect time to the music. "Left, right, left. Left, right, left!"
Your company formation, Warrior1972, nears the reviewing stand, and it is immediately apparent to the crowd that something is seriously wrong. There are 60 warm bodies in the formation, and 59 of them are marching with crisp precision, in perfect time to the music. "Left, right, left. Left, right, left!"
There's one lone body in the middle of the company formation that is out of step, however, and the cadence of that soldier is ragged, contrary, and totally out of step with everyone else in the group. "Right, left, right. Right, left, right!"
As the rest of your company snaps into the classic pose of "Eyes Right!!" and salutes, you amble along at your own pace, oblivious to everyone else, and complaining loudly and bitterly. "You people will not control me," you shout. "The more leashes you try to put on me the more I fight. The more people try to break me the more I stand my ground and the more I will do what ever it takes to do the exact opposite than what you want!! I will not be controlled."
You stumble slightly, and step on the heels of the soldier in front of you. You shout again, "I will not be controlled!!"
The crowd in the bleachers is stunned and embarrassed. Flags stop waving.
Children stare as your formation passes by, totally perplexed.
For just a few moments in time, the entire crowd of visitors has forgotten the beauty and pageantry of the parade, and is focused on this awkward, angry person in the middle of the formation. You have become the center of attention.
That’s you in a nutshell. Angry, contrary, and needy of attention.
(An incredible combination, really. I hope it’s working for you, I really do.)
I’ll not be engaging in any ‘debates’ with you any longer, warrior-woman.
Arguing with you is tedious, boring, and counter-productive.
I wish you all the best however, and hope that whatever you post here has some value to others. I myself will not be playing your game.
God bless you, and here’s hoping that you and your family live a long and happy life.

What makes you think I would ever join a marching band or any other training of that sort? I think it is funny. I mean you make up this wild scence of people who are all controlling themselves and then I act out of control for no reason.
This board is hardly orderly as a marching band HA HA and that is the fallicy of your thinking.
If I were to be in that situation this is what would be happening. I would be in the marching band and do not know the "unwritten rules" such as wearing a bandana or something I think makes me original.. ect so I am out of conformity and then several people in the band start hitting me over the head with thier instruments of course this get a negative reaction out of me and I start hitting people with my instrument. Thinking is ok because the band instructer saw the others striking me and did nothing about it. Other members of the band don't know who started but see me striking several people out of rage and then they gain up on me too thinking I was the one provoking the trouble defending those who started the attack. Now things are out of control in the band in totally disorderly and the instructer at first only sees me as the problem and bans me. Some of the members of the band see how it all started and told the instructer the truth of the matter and the instructer allows her back in the group. He watches closely and sees that many people have hard grudges against the new member and tries the best he can to divert thier attention but it is a daunting task and the other members now knowing they cannot hit the new member over her head with the instrument starts picking at her uniform, the way she walks, her shoes are not tidy enough, wrinkles in her outfit. Any tiny minute complaint they can make at her to complain to the instructer and she knows they are just trying to get her banned and trying to force her to conform and she will not do it because they not doing it for any other reason but to complain about her.
So the audience meanwhile looks at the whole band as unprofessional not as you see it and they only see me. They see us all as jackasses and meanwhile both the people trying to ban me for ridicoulous reason and me for having a control complex are driving the instructer up the wall. You think in your eyes that the only one driving the instructers up the wall is me when in truth is is both parties.
I have a mental illness which effects my control issues.. What are the other peoples excuse on this board??

Keep it up SMW. You are clearly targeted as a problem on this board too so for you to act like you are some how above the law your are not.
In fact you should be on your best behavior you are on very thin ice here.

Wonder why it is that we don't see a thread with her name up for a poll to ban or not ban
Guess I'll be next on your target list, but that's ok with me. Gimme your best shot.

Nope you really didn't say anything that bad and you do not know all the facts and so you are making this statement out of ignorance. You see only half the story here.
If there were votes to ban people on this board half the board would be extinct.
Believe it or not i have supporters wo came out of the woodwork when I got banned because they saw the truth.
but if you think this is targeting you be my guess. Drones tend to follow each other and listen to others gossip without getting the full story of the situation.

Believe it or not....I DO KNOW HOW TO READ!! I also have a mind of my own and know how to "make it up" for myself...don't need anyone else telling me what to say, think or do. TYVM!!
I also know how to spell...so you be my "guest" in calling me whatever names suit your fancy....really doesn't matter to me. There are WAY more important things in my life than worrying about what you or someone like you might think about me.

Wow the more you open your mouth the more stupid and pathetic you look.
People try and look past you but you make it impossible to do so with some of the dumb ass statements you make.

Oh so you think SMW is not into hot water ROFLMAO!
I love it when morons call people stupid and pathetic. You ignore the fights. Many people have complained about SMW because she antagonizes me when I am not even posting anything to her...but oh she is innocent. Poor little Christian SMW who never does anything to derseve people complaning about her.
I am not the only one who makes dumbass statement by just posting this post you made show you are an imbacile. To defend somone like SMW... HA! Makes you look like a fool.
as for my meds my control issues cannot be fixed with meds. Only with time and retraining my mind not to care about that so much. This will take time and all I can tell you is that I am working on it.
but I find it funny I am suppose to work on my controll issues but no one else on the board is suppose to.

Do you really know how to read?... or have you only read half of what is going on here because the people who have read what I have posted from the beginning know that I am only defending myself here.
I never said you care what I think. You assumed that I was going to target you for you making an opinion which I did not. I simply gave you my own assesment of the situation. I have been here for over a month and I have not seen you post until recently. Then you get all idignite on me an assume I am something I am not.
I do not attack people without provication. Either someone has made a personal attack on me or they "pretend" to be nice to antagonize me. Those who are sincere and polite to me do not get any trouble from me.
I am purely reactive in nature.
but of course if you have read every single post I have ever made here and saw the fights in thier entire nature and you are truly non bias you would see that.
and you would not be assuming I would target you for no reason.

And it's hard to have a conversation with you that doesn't seem attacking because that's all you do.

Yes a nutjob like someone who believes in killing little kids for the sins of the mother or father. Wow you idea of a nutjob is a bit skewed.

Does your obsession about the kid killing, sins of the mother and father, etc. ever come up in therapy? I'm truly curious, because it appears that is your biggest hangup. It might be good to address in your next session. I'm not attacking you, either. I'm merely asking because you put it out there so much and we all know you are in therapy.

Yeah I have a serious problem with it and obviously you don't seem to mind someone who condones that point of view so I think it is you that needs the therapy because that is seriously fuck up!!!

I was really, truly asking you an honest question....I made it a point to say I was not trying to attack you, and I really, truly was not trying to attack. You speak of your therapy and I see the same issue in a lot of your posts. It was merely a suggestion, if you will, to maybe address it in therapy, if it's something that's on your mind and heart. JMHO

Ha what an exaggeration from of course a non bias source who hates anyone who does not believe in the fairy tale of creationism. If you do not believe in the Judeo-christian god you lack ethics and morals.. HA
more like 50 percent of my post are hostile response to harasment and personal attacks.
I do not get out of control unless someone else is out of control.
No here is what happens... people try to dish out on me by making a personal attack because I made an opinion they did not agree on. I retaliate and the perpertrator cries as the victim and everyone say aww poor guy warrior is being so mean to them,, so lets show her.
I agree you get what you put out but when the people here get what they dish out they cry like babies and whine about how mean warrior is.... boo fucking hoo.

Sorry but I do not see it as an issue. I am very defensive about children since I was an abused child and then to say god punished me an innocent bystander because my mother was a sinner really gets my goat and for good reason.
Children are innocent and anyone who think that they should be punsihed for something someone else did needs way more help than I do.
You do not know what an obsession is and this is not an obssession ROFLMAO!!
and unless you are a therapist or have a PHD in the subject of pyschology you have no idea what I need to focus on or not focus on in "therapy" So please leave your assessments to the professionals.
