Ahh the 80's. The hairdoo of 'The Flock of Seagulls' lead singer. The ambiguity of Boy George. Michael Jackson was still mostly black. Synthesizer overuse nearly destroyed music in general. MTV played music videos most of the time, in fact at first that was all they played.
Good times, and a lot of bad too. Still it was when I grew up and despite the bad times, I can't help smile when I hear some of these songs.

Yes, the 80's was an important decade in popular culture. It will though, undoubtedly, be remembered for seeing the birth of Jerejerebinks.
