Just how information much are you willing to provide, and how often. I won't even ask if your willing to give this information to everyone YOU employ.

We have an administration that wiretaps it's citizens without warrants and this surprises you?

Only because: "Senators Ted Kennedy (D-Mass) and John McCain (R-Ariz) announced on May 17th that a Senate agreement to push the bill again had been reached, after efforts last year failed."

Seems the Democrats are just as bad as the Republicans. Gosh, who would have "thunk it"?

Doesn't seem relevant...

But this would be ridiculous. Businesses already have to do enough with government documents.

"the EIN number or social security number of every single place the new employee has worked in the last five years"

Yikes.

Wait 10 days from there? I can see where they're getting at, but some companies will have to hire an employee just to do this.

No thanks.

It didn't seem relevant back in the 1930's either but Adolph and Benito showed them just how relevant it was.

i'd hesitate to give my SSN when i apply-i don't know these people:confused:

i foresee a national ID card in the future, with a number similar to a SSN used to confirm the SSN.

Its not just a matter of providing your SSN when you apply. How would you like to provide your SSN to every person/company you pay/hire to perform a service for you. Like you mechanic, plumber, gardener, maid, etc, etc. Because that is also a requirement of this fiasco.

We have ONE political Party in this country, with two right wings.

They should just cut the bullshit and call themselves the *Corporate Party*.
