This is very helpful for understanding the true normal size portions for each meal.

I'm sorry, but "900 calories a day" is not a diet recommended by health professionals as a "normal diet."

You can't get the proper nutrients that way, unless, you take a multivitamin.

omg those are the tiniest meals. I probably eat 4,000 calories a day if that one is 300.

Who said anything about a 900 calorie a day diet? That link only shows meals that have 300 calories.

Yes musiq, there's no such thing as breakfast, lunch, and dinner at all.

Be careful about taking too many megavitamins. Researchers have discovered a much greater incidence in the deadliest form of prostrate cancers among men who take large doses of megavitamins more than seven times a week.

OH and there is no such thing as snacks either huh?

Or ever heard of those people who eat 4 or 5 meals a day?

Gee I didn't know that 3 meals were just a given. Silly me.

Snacks to get 2000-2500 calories aside from the 3 recommended meals a day would be far greater than the meals themselves, but you can see that already.

Is that what the dietician world all agrees on? 5 meals?

Dude called the 300 calorie meals "normal size," of which they are not.

There are plenty of people who suggest eating more smaller meals then 3 large ones. It helps with insulin levels and if you've ever tried it, it helps you lose weight. Of course you have to pick the right kind of meals. You can't just sit and eat pizza 5 times a day. But it doesn't take a genius to figure that out....so i figured i would say it anyway considering...
