Friday night I will be doing my homework and reading for pychology of personality 250. Saturday Richard is taking me to Bellevue Art Museum for a mothers day event. www.bellevuearts.org they have drop in event for the girls ages 3 and 6 so they can make little mother day crafts while Richard and I can have a romantic stroll through the museums halls. I love art and create greeting cards for family and friends by making cute little art drawings with prisma colored pencils. Sunday morning Richard is taking us out to breakfest for Mothers Day. I think we will go to IHOP..I do not know if IHOP is everywhere because when I was in Indiana we did not have it but it is here in Washington. http://www.ihop.com/docs/menupdf.pdf
I will probably have the "big steak omlette with jealopenos" my girls will no doubt have chocolate chip pancakes LOL.
We have a nice porch and prolly will have patio party back there for lunch. Sound like a very fun weekend.

It does sound like a nice weekend, Warrior. There is nothing better than spending time with family.
Saturday I will be putting up a fence. Then I will jump in the pool and swim for awhile, probably more like float than swim. I have the temperature up to eighty four degrees so it should be really comfortable.
Sunday I will go to my church and my wife will go to her church. In the afternoon we will go to one of my kid's house for a barbecue.

Actually warrior's just going to post thirty more topics and feel sorry for herself. But I repeat myself.
I'm just doing the same shit I do every day. Practice guitar, go to the coffee shop, play some civilization, maybe do a little shopping, surf online, head to the park and soak up some sun, life is good. Oh yeah, I do have to get my car fixed. Tail lights don't light up with the headlights. Mechanic said there's a short somewhere tripping a fuse, so I have to take it to an electrical shop. What a pain in the ass.

Do you own your own home Mike? Are you fixing it up to resell it or bought it for a good price but needs a little fixin? My Ucle bought a 3 story 5 bedroom brick home for like 80,000 because it was demolished inside but had a great foundation and strong stright frame. Since he works in construction he just gutted the whole place and started from scratch. It looks like a fucking mansion now and he rents out the spare rooms.
I would love to learn how to do home contruction like dry walling and stuff. I love working with my hands. I love creating things maybe why I like art so much.
Where did you learn how to do these things? trial and error or take classes?

That is the nicest thing I think you ever said to me frogger. Thank you.
Why do you and your wife go to difference churches? do you have different religions?
Richard goes with me to my Unitarian Universalist church we do not go every week but he does not seem to mind even though we do have gay speakers who ask for gay marriage. Richard is not for gay marriage and thinks gays should not be gay but has a lesbian sister and well kind of accept it because he loves her. He says she should fill in for Ro when she leave the view because Colleen (his sister) is very opinionated too. LOL.
He does not go to a christian church. I have not asked him why and I never ask if he wants to go to my church he just tells me on Sunday when we go pick up the girls from thier father that he is willing to take me there. He is so sweet to sit there and listen to all the liberal stuff when he is a moderate republican even though he is unaware that is his political stance LOL.
turn about is fair play:p

I still had to pack up most of my stuff, but that is true. I'll be on vacation while they're workin' hard!
Although vacations with my grandmother are notoriously NOT relaxing. She's quite active for a 70 year old and I thinks she'll probably tire me out by making me walk miles through the Irish countryside day after day... I thought I was gonna die after taking a 4 day road trip with her through New England.

Warrior,
My wife is Roman Catholic and I am Lutheran. Since our religion is important to both of us neither wanted to change. We have been going to our own churches since we got married. On major Christian holidays, ie, Christmas, Easter, Palm Sunday, we usually go to either her church or mine.
~Sal~

Interesting Frogger...what did you do with your kids?
We were just having this kind of discussion here the other day at home since a friend of ours has just had kids... he's a Jew... she's light Protestant... they are going to have a Christmas tree and do Hanuka this year...
I wondering if it wouldn't be better to just chose one way when they are little... beats me.
My other girlfriend is staunch Catholic and her daughter is dating a kosher Jew... this one should be interesting in a few years... The young ones seem to have no problem switching back and forth... just us old farts.
What say you?
