I can't believe I have finally reached 1000 posts. It'd probly been 2008 if Nap and Mikey hadn't asked me to stick around. I planned on disappearing again for another half a year or so, reading and not posting.

So, anyhow, it's your fault if you've ever responded to me and you only have yourself to blame.:D

Cheers to all!!!
I'm attempting to overcome my 'people problem' and improve my socialization skills. I have a habit of becoming withdrawn and a few of you here have reached out and helped me along. I love you for it.
Nap, you're right. As much as I hate to admit, we do need others in our lives, if only to stay connected.

Many of you here mean alot to me. I know I'm just an image on the net, but there have been times I've been down and by coming here and reading some of your posts has really brightened my day and made me laugh at times I didn't think I could.
I can only hope it's balanced out some and I've helped others laugh too.

Some of you may never know how your words have impacted me. I fail miserably in expressing myself and fear to try because I wouldn't want to leave anyone out. I wish I had the time to address each of you.

I do believe some people are sent across our paths for a reason.
I want to thank you Little e for helping me screw my head on straight and for all the times you've emailed me to make sure I'm ok. Not only are you my shrink, but most of all you're my friend first and foremost.
Sal, you sooo get me! I love you and would love to squeeze you hard, but I'd be afraid of bruising the meat.;) I'll just ruffle your feathers instead.
Frogger you are like a father figure to me. You have the love of the lord like my daddy but don't shove it down my throat. Of that I'm appreciative. You do not mix words at times when I didn't need you too.You spoke the cold hard truth. Thanks for the tough love.
Vile and Borg. Thanks for putting up with my shit thru the years. You both are good folk. I'll try not to be too much of an ass, but I can't help it at times. :)

Let it be known each of you hold a special place in my heart.

Thank you all for posting here, ole friends and new, and thank you for being you. I'm glad to be part of this internet family.

With that said, Cheers and the next round is on me!:drinktoth

Well I may not be the most prolific poster, but I'm glad you've stuck around. This place gets a little crazy, but I've come to rely on it a bit.

Imp,

For someone who thinks she doesn't express herself very well you wrote a very moving post. I think you express yourself just fine, not only in the above post but in all your posts.

You are one of those people who tends to keep others centered. Any chat site needs people like you otherwise it would go whirling off the deep end.

Congratulations on your 1,000th post. I hope to some day be congratulating you for your 5,000th post.

Imp, I don't know you very well, but I've read a lot of your posts and I think you're one smart cookie....JMHO....I agree with Frogger, you post some really nice messages. We are ALL asses at times, it's what makes the world go round, right?

Hope to get to know you better.....

:)

Imp,
Your post count would have eclipsed 1k a long time ago if jere would let us collect post points for playing games, which you happen to be pretty good at.
Stick around for a while longer. You make me smile

Aw. Thank you all so much for the kind words. ;) I hope to get to know you and a few others better in time too, Kimi.

Here's hoping for 15 more good years for ya, Frogger. It just may take that long for me to hit 5,000. ;)

That's because you started all of those "post a random letter from the alphabet" game threads. :)

Trav,

You average about six and a half posts a day. I average about eight and a half. Warrior averages over thirty three posts a day. She will pass the two of us combined in no time.

33 posts a day and still nothing I can remember

I can remember some of them no matter how hard I try to forget them.

Quality over quantity my dear. Always remember that. Example: Shammy.

Imp, I love ya girl. I feel your heart. You are one of the rare ones whose energy I can feel every now and again in a pure way. Sounds strange I know but sometimes just from reading your post I feel your mood/energy through your words. It feels like I see your soul just for a second or two like some cosmic crack opens in the universe. And then it is gone

I don't know what that is, but it happens with some for me. It's a cool thing for the most part.

I am always glad to read your posts and kid around as we do. You make it fun and light, but there is great depth to you and there is a "knowing". I think you will understand what that means. ;)

Hang tough girl. There is a light about you, even when all seems black. I am glad you are here.

Subtract out about 4,000 STFU posts and you're back here with me in the 7,000 range. :D

Pssssh. I believe it was Mr. Hunter who created "word association." thread - the closest thing we have to a post a random letter. My threads are much more challenging and thought provoking such as..."The Or Game" and "X Degrees of Seperation."

Ahh, but it's been near 4 years for me. I'm not a postwhore like some of you folk are. :D

I do understand, Sal. ;)

and Rides right, Ren. If it weren't fer the spellchecker, I'd be dumb. :D

No harm in spell check!

It's a great feature that I use too....now, if only they'd had "Algebra check" when I was in school. Would have saved my sanity in that cruel class and lots of laffs from the teacher when he looked at my "work."

Algebra sucks.
