Do you have a sport in the winter like snowboarding or skiing??

I have always wanted to try one or both - but there isn't much of chance of doing much more than a seldom slay ride in Kentucky anymore.

It was different when I was growing up though.

I love snow boarding more then skiing now.. I can do both and love any winter sport.

The only civilized way to ski is behind a boat.

i'm not coordinated enough. i'd break my neck or legs, or kill a tree.

Both. Skiied most of my life but learned to snowboard a few years ago.

My friend got me into skiing - he's a pro skier, so I've seen the sick shit you can do on skis. I'm still getting the 360 down.

Ski, although I haven't done it since 1998. Damn, my skis are 17 years old.

I dont see crash and burn on the list. It's about the only winter sport I'm any good at.

My favorite winter sport is to sit on the deck of the ski lodge, drinking a beer, and watch the skiers and snoboarders break their necks. Ahh good times.

I hate snow. As soon as the weather gets chilly I get in the car and head south, far south where it never, ever snows. My favorite winter sport is sitting under a palm tree reading a book or playing golf in shorts and a short sleeve shirt.

I'm with you Frogger, I hate snow now. I have arthritis in my hands and knee and the cold hurts.

I used to cross country ski, my strong to urge to live forbids me to ski downhill or snowboard.

Never tried the winter skiing's, but I am looking forward to them this winter and snuggling with a cute ski bunny. :thumbs:

Snowboarding is absolutely amazing...its not just the ride down the mountain but the absolute freshness in the air as you're riding and the amazingly beautiful scenery. I haven't tried skiing not that I oppose it but only because I think a clutz like myself would end up poking some poor bystander with the pole sticks.
