She most likely is resistant to smallpox now. I would think this could be a very popular new method of getting ones vaccinations.

Yeah I agree, I mean no one likes getting needles injected into them, well I guess having a hot beef injection would be more appealing.... well at least for us women.

I'll agree that sex is a bit more enjoyable way of being vaccinated than having a needle stuck into you. I guess it would be an advantage for some woman going out with a serviceman who just got innoculated with the smallpox vaccine, dammit.
On a more serious note, for centuries, milkmaids were immune to smallpox. It was because milkmaids often contracted COWPOX which is similar to smallpox but nowhere near as virulent as smallpox. The two bugs were similar enough to the point where people who contracted cowpox never got smallpox, dammit.
