Why must they make doors to some public places weigh a ton and a half, so only a professional weight lifter can open them?

I went to a diner this morning for breakfast,*believe it or not* and the door was so friggin' heavy it wasn't funny. So here I am with both hands on the handle, my feet braced against the other door, pulling with every ounce of strength I have in me to get this open.

Finally, it opens enough for me to squeeze thru it, and I hurry but not fast enough I suppose as it comes crashing closed on me, pinning me, half in and half out of the door way.

Not only did embarrassment overcome me, but I think I cracked 5 ribs and possibly severed my spine!!! :rant::eek: :mad:

Thank goodness for the nice, big strong man inside that seen my entrapment and came to my aide.

So I get back to the travel lane, get right behind her and just cruise along while showing her the big finger. She let me pass on the second attempt, dammit.

I find it interesting that you only mention the left. Is it ok to view only the right side of things? In fact, I was appalled at the republican debate on a couple of far right wingers in Sam Brownback and Rep. Tom Tancredo who repeatedly ignored logical arguments for gay marriage and abortion by only saying it wasn't morally right. That's the kind of one way looking that I can not stand - although my argument is that I can't stand when anyone will not acknowledge that perhaps the other side is right. Strait ticket voting hurts America IMO.

1...everyone put her on ignore, that way she can post all she wants and we won't have to see her spam.

2..report the thread every time she posts something from years ago with no relevance. Eventually the mods will take action.

3... the mods can take away her right to post threads very easily, but still allow her to post.*uncheck her 'post threads' under her main profile mods*
