I'll bring an action to California court against illegal methods of Paypal payment system with reference to their users. At any time your account may be suspended only because of suspicion that you've got payment from stolen credit card. It's not important for them that it doesn't concern you. They arrest all your money that you earned very heavily. They promise to investigate this crime and perhaps in a few months or half a year they'll examine your request about repayment!!! But during this long period your business certainly in standing idle and nobody will pay your expenses. Tell me please if anybody heard about situation when seller bears the responsibility for stolen credit card payment? Full responsibility - on credit card company: Viza or Mastercard. They receive great comission from clients for security service. I'm not the only victim. Many people suffer from Paypal "SERVICE". Paypal sent letters to all my clients and partners that I use stolen credit cards and fraudulent money. So, they declare me as a thief. It destroid my business. I'm tired of this injustice. My lawyers are working on this problem. But Paypal has a very good lawyers too and if I'll be solitary in court it'll be difficult to win. I'll be glad to everybody who'll join.
