I flat out refuse to believe that ANYONE would be dumb enough to mistake a sheep for a poodle. Sheep don't sound like dogs, they don't have paws like dogs, they don't have the TEETH of dogs, the location of the eyes of are different, the diet is totally different.

I'm thinking it's a hoax, and if it ain't, I'd want to keep those dumb enough to have bought a sheep thinking it was a poodle well away from the power tools and the matches, dammit.

One farmer painted his flock of sheep (grazing on a pasture just off M-8 highway at Bathgate in West Lothian) bright red , aiming to entertain passing motorists and to "spice things up" a little. Well, everybody liked the view so much that it became an attraction in itself, and now they even consider using different colors, such as pink. The animals apparently do not mind being sprayed with animal-friendly dye, and will remain red until sheared.

Uhmm I tend to agree with you for the most part. However with that said, as for people being stupid enough to fall for this. Well need I remind you all of the 'Air Sex' thread. If they can come up with that, why wouldn't they believe this?
