If this were a parody of an elitist prick it might even be funny.

But it isn't (a parody or funny), so Bill is just another elitist prick.

Looking at "Bill's" blog, it seems that he lives in the US and immigrated here from India. In other words, he made a concious choice to live in the country that he has such disdain for. What a fucking hypocrite. No wonder Liberal has such a boner for him.

You probably used Google from another planet, the answer, here on earth, shows within fractions of a second...

Asgard, Asgaard and Asgård, Asgard (disambiguation) (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Asgard_%28disambiguation%29)
In Norse religion (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Norse_religion) and Norse mythology (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Norse_mythology), Asgard (Old Norse (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Old_Norse_language): Ásgarðr) is the realm of the Gods, the Æsir (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/%C3%86sir), the realm of the mortals being called Midgard (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Midgard).
The walls surrounding Asgard, designed to protect the Gods from the Giants, were built by a Hrimthurs (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hrimthurs), a Frost Giant, in disguise, in return for which he was to receive in payment the hand of Freya (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Freya) in marriage and the sun and the moon. This was agreed, provided that the work be completed within six months, and that he do it with no help. But Loki convinced the Æsir to allow the builder to let his stallion help in the building.
As the construction neared completion, the Gods regretted their contract and the solemn vows with which they had concluded it, and they threatened Loki with horrid punishment. So, in order to avoid the payment, Loki (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Loki) transformed himself into a mare and lured away the Giant's magic horse, Svadilfari (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Svadilfari), (the result of which was the foaling of Sleipnir (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sleipnir), Odin's eight-legged steed, best of all horses). After chasing his horse all night, the builder could see that the job could not be completed on time. He fell into such a rage that his identification as a Giant could no longer be concealed. The Æsir therefore felt their vows were void, and they called upon Thor, who had been absent fighting Trolls. Thor promptly smashed the Giant's skull with his hammer, Mjöllnir (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mj%C3%B6llnir), and sent him straight to Niflhel (http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Niflhel&action=edit). (Prose Edda (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prose_Edda), Gylfaginning (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gylfaginning), Paragraph XLII).
The plain of Idavoll (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Idavoll) is the centre of Asgard. The Æsir meet there for discussions on important issues: the Gods meet in a hall called Gladsheim (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gladsheim), and the Goddesses in a hall called Vingólf (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ving%C3%B3lf). They also meet daily at the Well of Urd (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Well_of_Urd), beneath Yggdrasill (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yggdrasill).
