Idiot mom (http://www.thepittsburghchannel.com/education/2452049/detail.html)
Thankfully the court said no. I just don't know where to start with this one . . . This bimbo girl giving head in front of classmates? Her mom suing to end the suspension??? What, she thinks that her daughter's behavior was OK??? She thinks that a rule against giving bus BJs needs to be inserted into the school rules?
Un-freakin'-believable.

Pretty strange, indeed! Wonder if the child protection services folks have stopped by for a visit yet.

I think the mother just figured that the girl was trying to get ahead by giving it. :D :D

Means the same thing here. A rather unfortunate name for a city, although I've heard it so many times before I don't think about it that much anymore. In combination with the story it's especially strange.

Beaver Pa. isn't telling us the full story. Sorry folks, but 13 year-old's just don't act this way without some underlying reason.
Abused by the parents? Nah .. the authorities would be on that one like waterproof on a frog.
Peer pressure? Nah ... a good old ass-kicking takes care of that one.
Nympho? Nah ... most nymphos are intreverts and feel shame. They would never do something like this.
Just plain nuts? Nah ... jumping out windows is nuts ... this behaviour is outside that pattern.
Drugs? Alcohol? Nah ... those demons usually perk their heads as total destruction of the victim.
Ah Ha ... here's one we overlooked. Maybe this kid just needs to be loved and understood. Just maybe the basic skills of parenting skipped by this child and left her with no other choice other than reaching out for help in some strange way.
Just maybe.

Intersting point of view, but you dismiss the other possible causes quite too easily.
Whatever is the real cause, this girl sure needs help.

Oral copulation is not sex, right? That's according to the previous prez..bubba klinton. Didn't he say "... I did not have sexual relations with that woman.....* " or words to that effect? One has to wonder how her parental figures answered the question that kid may have posed after hearing one of the talking heads discuss oral sex on the evening news.

Or somethin' like that, anywayz...

News from abroad:
Singapore Policeman Gets Two Years for Oral Sex
Nov 7, 7:54 am ET
SINGAPORE (Reuters) - A Singaporean police sergeant has been jailed for two years for having oral sex in a country where prostitution is legal but oral sex is not, a newspaper reported Friday.
The Straits Times reported that the 27-year-old police coast guard sergeant landed in court after a 16-year-old reported to the police that she had performed oral sex on the man.
She was above the age of consent and agreed to perform the act, but oral sex is against the law in the city-state, the paper said.
"The act by itself is an offence. It is not a question of consent or no consent. Even between consenting people, it is an offence," criminal lawyer Subhas Anandan told the paper.
The maximum punishment for the offence is life imprisonment.

16 year old, sex, and consent that's an oxymoron. This police person should have his sh** cut off. I hear there giving a special in Germany :D

16 year olds are perfectly capable of giving consent. That's the current age of consent in most states.

I feel like there is an echo here. This thread matches nearly word for word the "boylove" thread.

There is not much difference between a hetero or homosexual pedophile IMO. Leave our kids alone and let them become adults without putting undue stress on them.

The title of the thread regards sex & constitutional rights. In that light, the following is offered:
Free Sex for Hong Kong Cops Draws Fire
HONG KONG (AP) - Hong Kong's top police spokesman says it's OK for undercover cops to get certain sexual favors from prostitutes during investigations aimed at cracking down on solicitation, but has declined to comment on allegations some officers are demanding sex for free.
Chief Superintendent Tang How-kong was responding to a growing furor over allegations that some police were using their positions to demand free services from prostitutes in Hong Kong, where prostitution is legal but brothels and solicitation are not.
Tang insisted that the police are behaving professionally - with no pleasure involved - in their limited contact with prostitutes during the course of their investigations.
"If you ask the officers, I don't think any of them will use the adjective 'enjoyable.' It's disgusting work," Tang told a local radio talk show on Monday.
Tang said it would be unacceptable for officers to extort free sexual favors from prostitutes, but did not specifically deny the allegations that this was taking place
Another police spokesman, Patrick Wong, also defended the department's stance allowing only some sex to occur in the undercover investigations.
"Some physical contact is acceptable," Wong told The Associated Press on Tuesday. "It's inevitable."
Lawmaker James To rejected the police explanation, saying he doesn't believe "it's necessary" for undercover officers to go so far.
Prostitutes have been complaining to news media this week about some police demanding their services without paying.

As a parent i can't even imagine going after the school for something like that. I mean even if you punished your child for it by turning around and doing what this mother is you are in a way saying it is acceptable behaviour.

Well, as we've all come to learn in recent years, there's no shortage of looney-toons parents.
