For those who don't know what the BMI is:

BMI = Body mass index. This bmi (body mass index) is calculated from your Weight and Height. (a kind of ratio).

A BMI between 20-25 is normal.

I'm not underweight though, it says "in normal range". I suppose if I were older it would say underweight but apparently I'm still in the normal range for my age.

Every BMI thing I look at says i'm obese LOL.. but i used to do weightlifting competitions so that throws it all off. Most people look at me and say i'm not even fat... I'm not rail thin either though... that damned muscle weighs so much I feel so fat! LOL
