I eat three meals a day. A bowl of cereal for breakfast a peanut butter sandwich for lunch and a regular dinner but because I rarely leave my house and get exercise I am overweight.

If one is eating properly one should never be hungry. I workout at home on my exercise bike and a rowing machine. If you don't have one and can't afford to purchase such you can walk in the house. Buy a pedometer and ensure you walk 10,000 steps a day.

I can ingest more calories than most women my age because I have a high metabolism and I work out. Never the less, were I to eat more than 1800 calories a day, I would be fat. If I were fat I sure as hell would be depressed.

A woman that works for me is well over 300 pounds. She is not lazy, nor does she have social anxiety. She is fat because she likely ingests over 3000 calories a day. It is that simple. Our society is fat, because we eat too much and we make bad food choices.

If you really want help with this,the internet has hundreds of sites. Take your dinner plate... 1/4 should be meat, 1/4 should be starches such as brown rice the rest should be veggies. Good luck with it. I know it is hard but healthy eating definitely affects one's moods and self esteem. Everything looks better when you feel good. ;)

I love and support Rosie, as many people do.

The media twists her words and hates to hear her speak the truth and raise strong points in an articulate fashion.

She has done so many great things for children with charities and other foundations. She's truly someone I respect and look up to. She isn't afraid to stand up for what she believes in, even if many start to hate her for it. I aspire to be what she is, along with countless other women who have done the same and have recieved an un-fair reputation in the media when they start to become political.

I am tired of the media claim it is a serious health issue. Now morbid Obesiy yes is a problem but being fat is not. I just can not stand to listen to her loud mouthed braying. In my estimate, The View was never something that I could watch for longer than 10 minutes. Now it is down to about a minute and a half. It, along with Dr. Phil are now in the Jerry Springer category for me. A necessary evil for the general publics entertainment. Barbara Walters is crying all the way to the bank.

Well the general public needs to have access to people who are more intelligent than them and can guide them. Many people are unfortunately totally incapable of thinking much beyond their own narrow existence. And therein lies the problem.
