What’s that British Council in reality? I’ve got some sensitive information at my disposal which gives lots of food for thought. I’ve always considered British Council is a nongovernmental body dealing with teaching languages and cultural exchanges and other things of the kind.
Recently I’ve gotten to know BC is kind of charity for former foreign military officers. Fancy under BC umbrella with the funds coming from British defense agencies those officers attend some retraining courses in Russia and some other countries. In Russia they have a military intelligence officer in charge of those courses. Perhaps I lack some exact data but that’s extremely fishy I should say. Definitely it’s no good for BC image worldwide as a queen bee among various NGOs.
The brass are actually doing bad favor for BC and other NGOs. In Russia and other countries local authorities may initiate big row one day about it and just kick them all out! They must have been filing compromising evidence to bring it to broad daylight one day. I am sure military intelligence men nearly in open are pursuing their agenda in BC, which is madness in fact!
