Donald Trump is a pretty loathsome human being, but I thought this was pretty interesting.
In an interview with Wolf Blitzer, Trump called Bush a Liar.

He also said that Bush is "probably the worst President in US history."

Yes, this was a surprise to me as well. The first time I heard him voice this was during the infamous fight with Rosie O'Donnel. At that time he said during an interview (I believe on Larry King) some like:"look, this is really irrelevant in the big scheme of things". Kids are dying over in Iraq all based on Bushed lies. We should be worrying about bringing them home".
I about fell off the couch.

Well we would have to speculate on whether a gargantuan ego is environmentally or genetically produced. :D

heh, well personally I have no qualms with big egos. Even those that are as massive as Trump's.

Maybe the Don should put his money where his mouth is and prove that he can do a better job!

If someone is a "loathsome human being" .. then why do we take their point of view as something carrying credibility?
I mean, he called Rosie O Donnell a "Fat Cow"..
Oh wait.. he was right there...
guess we should listen LOL

more choices make for a better supermarket, why wouldn't more choices make for a better Executive Branch?
let's hear Trump's ideas-i'll listen, but he has to speak to be heard.

Maybe we should have gone with a three-person executive branch like Ben Franklin suggested.

Well, they have two couches in the oval office. They can take turns. :)

you miss my point: whenever there are two or more people are in a group, one will lead or nothing will get done...but that's not always a bad thing in Government.

I know Donald Trump is the first person I think of when I think of presidential historians.

I find it a bit ironic that people like Soros and Trump, two of the most ruthless money-grubbers there are, are Democrats.
The reason is because Democrats talk helping the small, but their efforts to do so end up helping the big. All the environmental rules, safety rules, disclosure rules, accounting rules, etc., etc., are more easily complied with by big business than by small business, giving bigness an inherent advantage.

What makes them among the most ruthless money-grubbers?

Donald Trump sued some two poor schmucks for over one BILLION dollars because they said that he had less money than he claimed.

how about Soros' pushing for retention of estate taxes and closing estate planning loopholes while taking advantage of those very loopholes?

It's a publicity stunt, and his way of attacking someone who is printing slander about him. I don't think he cares about the money.

slander or a bad guess about Trump's worth? to prove slander Trump has to prove actual malice.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Slander#United_States_law
not that it really matters-who cares about how many billion Trump's Empire is worth, it changes daily.
