Some people on here swear that Reagan cleaned house just like Clinton.
(cleaned house of US Attorneys)
There is a Washington Post Article that states this.
I can't find a single article to support this. (other than the WP article which has some other false info aswell)
Someone please back this up or debunk it. I will continue to try.

Here you go.
Stuart M. Gerson, assistant attorney general in the administration of President George H.W. Bush, observed, "It is customary for a President to replace U.S. attorneys at the beginning of a term." Gerson added that "Ronald Reagan replaced every sitting U.S. attorney when he appointed his first Attorney General."

I understand that to be refering to the same Washington Post article. It also says that Bush and Clinton dismissed all sitting US Attorneys upon taking office.
That is clearly false.
Forgive me for asking, but I would like another link. A credible link.
Please find somthing from CNN, ABC, NBC, anything but that article from the WP. Thanks

Can you prove it is false?

It actually makes sense! 8 were fired and almost all of them will probably resign.
This could have happened under Reagan, but I still can't find somthing supporting it other than the misleading Washington Post article.
I'm not saying it did not happen under Reagan, (It probably did happen)
I would like to see something credible to close it in my mind.
