There is a large somewhat disenfranchised population in the U.S. who are social liberals and fiscal conservatives (they have a libertarian streak although for the most part aren't as extreme).

I am pro gay rights. they should have the same rights as everyone else. I do not however agree that homosexuals should be able to get married. I believe it will hurt our society in the long run if we do. they should however recieve all the benefits and entitlements and responsibility granted to married people. I do not see why gays shouldn't be able to get married. Whether or not a given church recognizes the marriage is that church's right, but the state should not take a position on religious questions.

It could not be more wrong. "NAZI" stands for "National Socialist (not Corporate) Party." While Hitler's regime did not engage in massive socialist measures, it was on that road and that was the intention, but war mongering and anti-Semitism took a higher priority.

A corporation is nothing more than a legal "person" where the owners have been granted limited immunity from liability for the acts of the corporation for assets outside the corporation (unless the corporation's assets have been used for personal purposes, in which case the "corporate shield" is said to have been broken). Since when did I advocate the abolishment of corporations? I just said it's fascist for corporations to be part of the government. And if you think about it that could apply to socialism as well... just reverse it. It's just as bad for the politicians to run business as is it for the businessmen to run the government.
