IMMIGRATION: AN ALERT TO THE UNITED STATES

Thousands of immigrants, obtained permanent residence abiding by the immigration law in force and paying attorney fees for that purpose.

The clamor of those who have invaded the country, breaking the immigration laws and trying to intimidate public authorities to ACHIEVE LEGAL STATUS THROUGH THREATS is not appropriate.

That would be unfair to those who waited, obeyed the rules and earned their residence. It would be demoralizing for the Government agencies that fight against illegal immigration.

IT IS NOT FAIR OR ETHICAL TO CUT THE LINE, AND IT IS NEITHER DEMOCRATIC NOR ADMISSIBLE!

All countries have their immigration laws and (without exception) they arrest and deport illegal foreigners. The European Union deports and needs to deport. Now is the time to unveil the hypocritical pressure and ridiculous acts of protest which have the veiled support of some presidents in the continent, who believe that they can pass on to the American nation the problems they have in their respective countries, which they are unable to solve due to pervasive corruption and extreme incompetence.

The United States has the same right to deport. Nobody has the right to creep into a country, disregarding the law, and then claim the right to remain there because they PAY TAXES. In fact, they pay indirect taxes only. In return, they enjoy the privilege of a first-class infrastructure, such as transportation, security, food, schools and even the health system, regardless of whether they are insured or not, all paid with the money of those who contribute to the IRS without a “culture” of concealment.

To legalize those immigrants may be a humane and laudable act of the generous American people and their Government, but it may never be considered as a right by someone who has committed the crime of invading someone else’s home, not even arguing humanitarian reasons. Immigrants cause the greater rates of violence and delinquency here; gangs from Central America and Mexico and it is American civilized society that pays the bill.

Should the United States of America give in to their pressure and open its doors through legal mechanisms to facilitate legal status for thousands of immigrants, thousands more will arrive through airports and borders, attracted by the dream of future legislation that will favor them in the same manner and the problem will only increase. It shall be a menacing precedent of serious foreseeable consequences. They will go riding roughshod over the people, deteriorating their lifestyle, increasing delinquency and creating in America the same habitat in which the great majority of them used to live in and from which they fled, with broken glass bottles in the streets, graffiti, garbage and prostitution. The culture of these immigrants does not envisage either birth control or parental responsibility. The increasing number of men from different nationalities, who as a rule abandon their women with several children, increases social pressures and delinquency rates, because children require the joint effort of father and mother to be instilled with proper values and principles.

While the middle class in developed countries has only two children per couple, in undeveloped countries, the poor and destitute multiply like rabbits and many end up killing or being killed, at tremendous cost to penitentiary and judicial systems.

The so-called “Latinos” are a group that increases in a vertiginous and disproportionate way. Since Democracy is the government of the majorities, they will end up taking the power, “hispanizing” or “mexicanizing” the United States. Democracy, as observed by the Greek, has this defect: it is not effective at war.

Illegal immigration is in fact a process of territorial occupation and social domination of especially undesirable foreseeable results, and it NEEDS TO BE STOPPED. Even in stable marriages, a Hispanic-American family has an exaggerated number of children for current social trends and the cost of that excess will be borne by each family-planning taxpayer. For each child of a traditional American family, there will be three or four “Latinos” that will be a burden to their contribution, which entails smaller pieces of the economic “cake”, leading to gradual and inevitable impoverishment. In fact, today’s culture inverts the natural process of the selection of the ablest, the most competent, the strongest, because human reproduction is much greater in the less qualified social groups, in every aspect.

It must be emphasized that this tumult over illegal immigration is no doubt nothing but a war.

Stopping daily invasion (formerly silent) is today an especially difficult challenge (if not the greatest) for the United States in the face of the evident demoralization of the institutions and the power of the law.

Legalization is a privilege that is offered, a concession available (WHEN POSSIBLE) through the existing legal procedures, not a right conquered through illegal immigration. Thousands of Latin Americans live here legally, and are grateful to the United States, because they have observed the laws in force, which are at the reach of those who are eligible. Then, why does that gruesome minority not follow the established rules? Are they better than the immigrants that do observe the law? Why do they believe that their merit lies precisely in having migrated in an abusive and subversive way? Who will be willing to support that orchestrated anarchy? Do they perhaps find the American people stupid?

THE U.S.A. AND ITS LAWS DESERVE RESPECT. Be grateful, you may request humanitarian aid but do not claim “rights” to which you are not morally entitled and which you will not earn through demagogic campaigns, alleging unreasonably the observance of human rights, inapplicable in this context.

Ten or twelve million illegal immigrants should not be able to prevail over the majority!

Up until this part "It must be emphasized that this tumult over illegal immigration is no doubt nothing but a war," the article was somewhat accurate. I think comparing it to a war is an extreme exaggeration.

Isn't "extreme exaggeration" a term of unnecessary redundancy?
