I'm pretty much tearing my hair out over this one and would really appreciate some guidance.
For the last few months I can not seem to add photos to my e-cards through the American Greetings website.
When I am led to browse through photos on my hard drive it allows me to do that until I am prompted to attach them--the window that should have the photo in it has a little done sign at the bottom and a yellow triangle that says error.
About one in 20 attempts will allow me to emplant a photo.

Now I have discovered that I also can not browse and add a photo to sell something on e-Bay.
The photo initially appears in the add photo window and then promptly disapp:confused: ears!

It is both frustrating and confusing..please help!

Are you using Internet Explorer? Try upgrading to IE7. Or try Firefox. Could be a problem with Java.

I have been afraid of going to IE7 because I have friends who have encountered difficulty with it.:confused:

I've been told that it could be a Java problem...and I have had some problems with my Java just recently.
It appears unstable and when I upgrade to the new version I have to completely remove the old one because the new one wouldn't install.

I've been on the phone for an hour with an American Greetings tech--(I pay to use the website--and have for about 3 years.)
They can't explain why the photos won't download to attach to my e-cards.
