Trav was getting into some interesting topics about evolution. You talk about Thislin being petty, then you should care less what he says about you and dont come back with, "I dont care its all about perspective" or whatever you normaly say. That only backs up what Thislin is saying.

Here I am reading a thread with interest, barely saying a word and you come in and turn it into a rant fest.
Well, all except the rant part, I was pretty quiet and now you got me rambling through a few post.
I take back that thing I said about you being honest, now get out of Trav's thread so it can go back to being interesting.

It's been over 90 posts when you posted this, don't expect to stay on topic that long here. I've tried to warn people of it, but it is a vain effort.

The fact remains.. and i've always said... darwins theory has holes in it like swiss cheese...

and yet it is taught in our schools as fact! I'm going to sue the school!!!!

That's because you don't have a good grasp of what a "theory" is. The truth is that we don't understand all there is to know about evolution to be sure, but there is certainly enough evidence to conclude that evolution has occurred. Exactly how and why we don't know for certain, but we also don't know exactly how and why electrons do what they do. We've only known about the existence of electrons for 110 years and all our "knowledge" about them is refered to as part of a larger "theory". Why? Because we recognize that we still have a lot to learn about them, but we do have an explanation for their behavior that works well enough to use electricity to run our world.

There's nothing wrong with a theory that has a solid body of evidence to support it, like the Theory of Evolution. It's certainly more sound than any alternative put forward thus far.

Don't tell me I haven't participated on this thread. Go back and read my posts. I started with some information that Travh was asking for, then asked a simple, easy to answer question. The question kind of got ignored, because some of the other posters thought it was just an setup, not an honest question. But it is an honest question, so I decided to restate it. Apparently Thislin decided that wasn't right and proper, to ask questions, so he tried to answer Travh for him, and then all of a sudden I have Thislin and dharmabum riding my ass.

So, if you want to get on someone for driving the thread off topic, don't look at me.
