Yet another case of "do as I say, not as I do". Reminds me of when I called the local kop shop one afternoon to report a kop in a civilian vehicle not wearing a seatbelt, not using a turn signal and using a cellphone while driving (NY state had recently passed a no cellphone while driving law) and got a huge runaround from the badge wearing desk jockey which ended in a barely vieled threat.
