Bands nowadays are a dime a dozen.. they all look the same, dress the same, play the same... emo has ruined music.

Why would you take away half of the income of musicians? Downloading songs, no big deal, only the recording companies get hurt and they're greedy and outdated anyways, refusing to pay for a fucking t-shirt, hurts nobody but the artists.

good... then the ones that are only out there for the money will quit.
I only want to see people who are born to play music, not people who see that its cool and then dress a certain way in order to get accepted by a certain genre.

Good idea.. i wonder how you could set up a stand with the T shirts and not have it be illegal?
Could you go out on the street or across the street? Perhaps check with the business there and see if you are allowed, maybe pay them royalties.

It's not the location, it's the selling of t-shirts with unlicensed copyrighted and trademarked materials that's going to get you in trouble.

As long as you don't mention the name of the band, use any of their symbols, and don't put their likenesses on it - you're in good shape.

What if you spelled it wrong, but just barely wrong?

You could probably get away with that. For no other reason than you're not actually going to sell anything.

i wonder...
If i had a shirt with a VERY similar design with a misspelled name for 7 bucks across the street.. and inside they had the actual shirt for 40 bucks... who would win?
I think i'd make some good money

Depends on the propensity for fans of the band to drink/smoke, I suspect.

I paid 30$ for an Iverson jersey. LoL
I want to get the new one from Denver, but it's 160. And once the prices go down, I will. You should wait. And yes, try eBay or Craig's List
