Defense attorneys are paid to raise all possible issues that might cause anyone to doubt the guilt of the defendent. It is their job. The job of the jury is to determine whether there is any reasonable doubt of their guilt. He is just doing his job, and if that is the best he can do, I predict a guilty verdict.

It's not fair to say that I don't like lawyers. It would be more appropriate to say I LOATHE lawyers. :rant:

And yes Imagineer, I do understand that the defense is just doing their job. Doesn't mean I have to like them anymore.

No one ever likes defense attornies until they are a defendant. Especially if they are a defendant who happens to be innocent.
