I am conducting research on job satisfaction and job burnout for a school assignment. I am in pursuit of my Doctoral degree in Organizational Management from Walden University. There is a large body of research on the levels of burnout in the service industry and educational professions, but only limited studies of engineering and other technical professions. I am looking to collect survey responses from technical industry professionals.
