I agree with your regular side. I can't believe people actually do stuff like this.

There is only one thing that has kept me out of that organization for so many years. As soon as I hit the proper age, it will be imperializing time in the name of the Empire.

Until they get plastic surgery so that they all look like clones of each other, they're losers.

The Storm Troopers were not cloned. They were regular galactic empire citizens.

Normally I feel like a dork when I'm wrong, but not so much in this case.

Honestly, what is the matter with this?

I have always held contempt for the term: "You need to get a life."

They have one. It involves a fanatical love of the greatest films ever made.

Do you have poker night with the guys? Go out to the movies with friends? Flag football? D&D? Drinking down at the bar together? All equally stupid as what is happening with the 501st.

(Except for the D&D thing.) The rest involve interacting in reality, with actual people not pretending to be characters out of a work of fiction.

These guys are just one bad decision from playing patty cake with darth vader in a padded room in a state run institution.

The only way you can't interact with reality is to dream or daydream, read, watch a film, or play a video game. Interacting with reality is something that occurs every waking moment of all humans.

"Hey, they need to get a life! (despite the fact that they have one) But since they are different than me I shall make fun of them. Everyone should do as I do and like what I like."

O.k. maybe I was a little harsh. But honestly if all you do is dream of being a character in a movie. A great movie yes, but still a movie, then there are issues. I would know I have my own library of such.

Look if you want to dress up like that, I suppose there are worse ways to spend your time and energy. I guess I just don't see the attraction.

So, if one of those storm troopers committed a crime, who's to blame? How do you find the culprit?
