NOTICE OF AMENDMENT/GEORGIA PARKS, WILDLIFE AND ENVIRONMENT
Georgia 2006/2007 Hunting Season and Bag Limit on Attorneys 10-94
Section 1.00 - General It has been deemed for the survival and health of the species, that there must be a pruning of the population of Attorneys within the United States. This is a result of a severe overpopulation which has resulted in the species preying on its own kind.
1.01 Any person with a Georgia State Hunting License may harvest attorneys for recreational (non-commercial) purposes, upon obtaining a "Non-migratory Attorney Stamp" for an additional fee of $5.00. Such stamp must be affixed to the back of the hunting license in the space provided.
1.02 Taking of attorneys with traps of deadfalls is permitted. The use of currency as bait, is, however, prohibited.
1.03 Killing of attorneys with a vehicle is prohibited. If accidentally struck, remove attorney to roadside and proceed to nearest car wash.
1.04 It is unlawful to chase, herd or harvest attorneys from a snow machine, helicopter or aircraft.
1.05 It shall be lawful to hunt attorneys within 100 yards of BMW or Mercedes dealerships, including Wednesday afternoons.
1.06 It shall be unlawful to shout "WHIPLASH", "AMBULANCE", OR "FREE SCOTCH" for the purpose of entrapment.
1.07 It shall be unlawful to use cocaine, young boys, $100.00 bills, prostitutes, and fake or authentic vehicle accidents to attract attorneys. (NOTE: Any of the above attractants may be used out of season until two weeks before the officially published season begins, if it previously has been the policy of the hunter to use such attractants as a pastime and for entertainment.)
1.08 It shall be unlawful to hunt attorneys within 100 yards of the courtroom, law libraries, whorehouses, health spas, gay bars, golf courses, ambulances and or hospitals.
1.09 If an attorney is elected to government office, it shall be a felony to hunt, trap or possess the elected attorney.
1.10 Stuffed or mounted attorneys must have a State Health Department inspection for AIDS, Rabies, and Syphilis.
1.11 It shall be illegal for a hunter to disguise himself as a reporter, dealer, legal secretary, paralegal, sheep, accident victim, physician, bookie, or tax accountant for the purpose of hunting attorneys.
