You'll have to resize them to 100 by 100 pixels or 97.7 KB (whichever is smaller).

Right click on it and click the word 'edit'. once it opens up for you, go under 'Image' then scan down to attributes. Enter 100 x 100 pixels and click ok. Save it under a new name or you may lose your original sized one.

If you can't do it, feel free to send it to me and I'll resize it for you. :)

Can you tell me how some people have LARGE pictures in their posts? I think I've seen some very large pics in their profile too and I can't figure out how to do that. Any help will be appreciated.

You can post large pics by linking them from somewhere else, like photobucket or imageshack. You can register a get a free account, upload your pic and then copy the [IMG] link and post it.

You can upload a pic thru your user cp panel, but it can only be 100x100 pixels.
