A Libyan Court has found guilty 5 Bulgarian nurses and a Palestinian Doctor, claiming they had purposely infected hundreds of children with the HIV Virus, all 6 have been sentenced to death:

It sounds more like a corrupt government trying to cover its ass.

Agreed.

Someone had to be blamed for the tragedy. Governments and people throughout history have always found it easier to blame outsiders than to look at themselves and their own actions.
