Anyone else watched this movie??

I found it rather odd to the point of contradiction....

Was the movie trying to imply that Deckard was a replicant?

If that's the case, since Deckard met the owner of the company(that produced replicants), wouldn't the owner know what the replicants looked like?

Deckard(or someone) states that it is illegal for replicants to be on earth, yet Deckard interviews Rachael and tells the owner of the company, that Rachael is a replicant...

Thoughts?

In the original novel, Deckard was revealed to be a replicant himself.

For the movie treatment, Ridley Scott chose to make the ending a bit more ambiguous than in the pulp version.

Either way, the movie ranks among the very best of Science Fiction film classics.

I enjoyed Blade Runner.

Ridley Scott has some gems. Sadly most of his work is decent or subpar.

How exactly was he revealed?

In the novel does it state that it was illegal for replicants to be on earth?

Great movie, it was supposed to be up for a remake, depending upon the popularity of PK’s other based work in A Scanner Darkly, which by the way, you should be able to pickup at Blockbuster soon. It follows in line with Dali’s concept that an external exploration, ultimately folds back upon the self. And what we take to be out there, is really inside.
