Has any one else seen this sick sh** story about the thing in jail that wants the tax payers to pay for his(ITS) sex change. It believes that the government(tax payers) should pay for "its" sex change because "it" is really a girl trapped inside a mans body "A BIG BULL SH** TO "IT". In case you can't tell I am really getting sick of these criminals getting what ever they want, now we are suppose to pay for bullsh** surgery "my a**".What the he** are these bleeding hearts going to think of next, if this piece of sh** wants to be a different sex then maybe "it " should kill it self and try to come back as something different.
I done venting for now I was just wondering if anyone else had seen anything about this story.

I saw the story earlier. What came to mind was the phrase "what balls he has". Only a prisoner in NY would be brazen enough to ask for such a thing, and only in NY would some stupid judge even consider reading the request. Give the prisoner half the operation: castrate him. Leave him right where he is. He'll get all the attention he needs from his fellow inmates.

His sex-starved prisonmates must love having him around at shower time. Don't drop your soap!

I'm sure no one is seriously considering that request. Inmates are notorious for filing for frivilous actions....the vast majority are dismissed.

You don’t have to refer to the prisoner as “it.” If you’re born a man you’ll always be a man, no matter how many surgeries you have. This guy’s stuck with his gender, like it or not, so he should learn to live with it as should all other transvestites who claim to be “trapped in a man’s body.” What a load of BS.

I don't care what people do to themselfs when they are not a criminal. "IT" is a criminal and should have NO rights especially something like this.

Convicted criminals should be restricted from petitioning the court for any reason other than to address the actual crime they were last convicted of. Nothing else. As convicts, they (IMHO) forfeited all rights to participate in society.
