Is anyone getting this game? I am picking it up today! all the previous Total War games have been awsome. A perfect blend of grand strategy on the world map and small unit tactics on the battlefield. If you enjoy either of these things do yourself a favor and check this game out.

it looks sweet ass... i dont know if i have a good enough graphics card ive been playing on my xbox live for awhile ive never gotten into PC games...

It is a great game. i was up late playing it with the "just one more turn" syndrome. I too have an XBOX 360 but since I built my new PC I havent played it much, not to mention my big TV crapped ot on me. I plan on buying a new 40" LCD this weekend


I was about to hit the sack then the Danes moved in and took Antwerp, then, the Pope ordered me not to atack the Danes unless I wanted to get excommunicated! WTF? So now to appease the angry pope I've got a stack of armies sailing around Spain (I am the English) on a crusade to Antioch when their ship is attacked by every enemy navy they come across and fianlly killed by pirates! At least I took care of the pesky Scotts, and am about to deal with the Welsh too. An uneasy alliance with the French still holds but for how long I dont know, and the Holy Roman Empire has been strangely quiet, too quiet :D Great game!
