Thus the reason I don't go to Jiffy Lube, or any of those places. I've heard too many horror stories. Hell I got one of my own, about six years ago, Kathy and I went on vacation to Orlando. Right before we left, I had the car given the entire works at the Wall Mart express place. In North Carolina, stopped for gas, Kathy told me she would feel better if I would check the oil anyway since we were driving so far, I popped the hood, no oil cap. I checked all over god's creation couldn't find the cap for the oil tank anywhere. The dipstick was there and it showed oil, but oil tank cap.

Improvised until I got to my dad's in Georgia, the next day got a new one at an advanced auto parts place. I saved the receipts with the intent of raising hell when we got back. Didn't work, even though I was in North Carolina they insisted that I should've turned the car around and came back to them immediately, too much time had passed and on and on. Probably why I don't use any of those places.
