Time Warner Cable is planning to start a local cable channel that would carry live coverage of Milwaukee-area high school sports.
The details on the programming and the timing for the launch for the channel have yet to be finalized, said Bev Greenberg, vice president of public affairs for Time Warner in Milwaukee.
"It's centered around high school sports but beyond that, it's a work in progress," Greenberg said.
