I love his artwork. How would he get paid? By the city?

Well like I said,a few years ago I seen this stuff in London,'outside Green Park Tube Station',and people were throwing coins onto the actual drawings.I'll be interested to see what Dop makes or knows about it,hes pretty smooth in this field.
