I am tired of everybody whining crybaby: whenever they don't win. Silver and Bronze are still excellent. Like Russia they are whining becuase they got beat by USA in mens hockey. They are saying the refs cheated for the USA, that is BULL. THEY NEED TO STOP WHINING LIKE BABIES. Everybody is just jealous that the USA is the BESt

And what exactly gives you the feeling that the US is the best and futhermore that "everybody" is jealous because of that?
I don't mean to brag, but if you for example take a look at the medal tracker then you will see that Germany is on the first place and not the US!

Please tell me you don't get upset when you lose?

he one reason I do not watch the olympics, people think someone is cheating, and blah blah blah, we are not russia paying off the french guy....

Everyone will say someone is cheating and I tell you there are some pretty good athletes in Sweden,Norway,Germany as far as some of the olympic sports go.

I am not dissing any of the great Olympic athletes. All i am saying is that many people are whining about not coming in first, such as that Korean skater that blocked Ohno, Russia complaining about all of stuff, and there are more countries. Russia was jealous that we are in the gold game. THey tried to say that the refs cheated to make an north america finals, they just got outplayed by a better USA team.

I know that the USA doesn't have the most medals, we are like in 2nd or 3rd. BUT WE STILL ARE THE BEST COUNTRY

That's exactly the disgusting way of american "patriotism" which is hated all around the world! Feeling as being the best, as being superior to all others, no matter what reality looks like (not only in sports)... But that's not patriotism, but arrogance!

For us to say the USA sucks,or we arent number one would be un-patiotic, being the way we were brought up mind you....

But we got 2nd place, and Germany placed 1st with 1 more medal for a total of 35.

USA had one less gold then Germany, but in the summer olympics the USA dominates and Germany doesn't. :agree:

I just asked why you have to cheat yourself in order to be able to feel patriotic and I only wanted to know why you have to be patriotic all the time. I simply don't understand...

Well to each his own ya know, I don't care about the olympics, as far as it goes, let anyone who wants to wins.

But the USA to win is a great thing, because I love my country, may not agree with it, but I love it because I have the chance to disagree and have my voice heard, in so many countries people can not do that.
