Third time's a charm, and that's something else I agree with. First time was lust & stupidity (one & the same?), the second for $$ and breeding (stupidity again?) third time for actual companionship. We lived together for many years before taking the 'plunge', and that was (in truth) primarily for employment benefits gained.

I was just kidding, es. "Romance" can be an over rated thing.

It's the living together, solving problems, doing yard work together, helping, having a friend and companion to talk to and trust--there's the REAL romance that no one ever writes poems about.

I'm not at all thin skinned and have a great sense of humor. I don't take offense to much at all and when I do, I'm not the least shy in sharing my feelings.
