This movie is going to be about as politically incorrect as you can get. I can't wait to see it!
Borat on sexual equality
In Kazakhstan we say: “God, man, horse, dog, then woman, then rat”
On leisure
In Kazhakstan we have many hobbies: disco dancing, archery, rape and table tennis
On civil rights
Since the 2003 Tulyakov reforms, Kazakhstan is as civilized as any other country in the world. Women can now travel inside of bus. Homosexuals no longer have to wear blue hats. And age of consent has been raised to 8 years old
On democracy
Democracy is different in America. For example: women CAN vote but horse can not!
On England
Every Englishman must have a hobby. Some like to collect the stamp, some like to make the jam, but the most fun is to a kill a little animal with a shotgun or rip them up with wild dog
On Canadian diplomatic etiquette
It also tradition in my country for wife of the Premier to give visiting dignitaries hand relief and mouth party if they royalty

"In my country, men go crazy over you two (points at women), not so much you (points at the other woman)"
I'll go see that movie just for that line.

I can't wait. I can't believe that George Bush had to make a formal apology to Kazahkstan due to this film. And Sacha Baron Cohen isn't even American. Bless his heart.

I don't believe that for a second.

I researched the film on wikipedia and it made no mention of the incedent. It did, however, mention that he arrived to the Toronto screening in a carriage driven by 6 women while he and his horse sat in the back comfortably. Now that's humor!

I saw it, quite offensive, quite humorous.

The best part of the movie was when everybody in the theater was screaming and averting their eyes.

I heard that he was arrested a few times in making it

I have already ventured to the theatre twice to catch this one. What a film! I have never seen toilet humor pulled off with such wit and cleverness. Cohen enters the level of comedic genius with this film. I can only compare Andy Kauffman to him.

Another cult classic (this time with some political edginess) is in our sights. I have yet to venture out to see it, but I'm sure it'll be worth it with the odd sense of humor I have.

Think I made the mistake of listening to all of the hype, and catching up on as many of the episodes on youtube and Google. Thought they could have done a whole lot more, and the few scenes where I thought something was going to happen, total fizzle. Lastly, if I have to look at naked guys running on the big screen, I would still lean towards Steve O and Chris Pontius.

Definitely overrated! I saw it this past weekend with my boyfriend and my brother... I was expecting it to be so awesome, but it really wasn't. Not that it was bad (it was okay), but it didn't live up to the hype.

I think it was fairly overrated as well. Nothing to get too terribly excited about.

On the Borat movie article on wikipedia, there is an entire section detailing the people shown in the movie who are now either trying to sue Sasha Cohen or at the least unhappy about it. I didn't believe it when at first when I was told that most of the stuff in that movie was unscripted and the people had no idea what was going on, but this is bringing a new light!
