When someone becomes a superstar. Becomes rich and famous, should they expect things like this to happen? Or do you think that this is going over the line? I think this is just another frivolous lawsuit that is gonna tie up our courts for no good reason.

I don't think she has a case, but I bet she has enough money and lawyers to scare the guy into destroying the pictures. Maybe she's afraid they'll find out that she's not the environmentalist she claims she is.

The lawsuit's not only frivolous, but paranoid beyond belief. It's odd that she should complain about stalkers now having a map into her place. Aren't stalkers indispensable to the major celebrity nowadays, kind of like eating disorders and childhood abuse? She should be thankful for the chance of some more publicity!

Everybody wants to sue somebody for something. Well she has been quit for a while maybe she just wanted to get back into the news.:D
