My son got his brains yesterday. I always put him down for his naps on our bed because he sleeps longer there. Everytime he wakes up he cries. Not yesterday! He decided to wake up and explore. Crawled right off the bed. I dont think I've ever seen D run that fast. Lil guy cried for maybe a minute. I think it scared him more then anything. I know it scared me. I felt like my whole body when completely numb after that.

Hummm I need a week to recoup. My cousin (16) had 5 friends over for a sleepover on Saturday night. OK that is fine but some how I got rooked into being chaperon. lol So the night starts off with pizza and soda (beer was requested and denied) then it lead to needing to do beauty stuff and hair shit..OK nails on the chalk board...But I was smiling and helped. Then came boy talk. OMG was I like that at 16 hehe. My poor cousin willie he went to a friends house to avoid all of this, don't blame him. So then the energizer bunnies decide time to dance, hehe OK enough 5:30 am the bunnies sort of crash but dang only for a few hours. Then they got me up and said hey swimming was on the agenda. Freak so we are off to swimming. Only saving grace was after the pool and all the rug rats were gone got home and Nadine crashed so I got to finally go to sleep. lol MY UNCLE OWES ME BIG dammit and I will collect. hehe

Well got a sort of manicure and a facial but wow was it all worth it? Yah I guess know that I Have had sleep and two cups of french vanilla cappie.
Well it was kind of interesting to see their take on boys and life. They are so innocent on some things in life. I wish more kids could get to grow up and just be kids and not have to worry about other shit that comes with life.

Then she made a 'hand sign' like a phone and it was obvious she was asking me if she could borrow my cellphone. Told her sorry, didn't have it with me... so she walked over to a black lady and went thru the same motions. The BL let her borrow hers and I sat there thinking, "Who needs to learn another language to communicate?" We managed just fine!

Good afternoon y'all. I hope things are good. I had a wild weekend. Has a education conference in a five star hotel. Wow I have never been in a place that nice. It was amazing! The conference was good too. However it was cold and snowy so there were no strappy shoes I was so mad! It is warming up today and should melt more of the snow.
